- Team Development & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of senior account executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to aggressively expand market share within enterprise and mid-tier healthcare provider segments.
